The Indonesian International Plastics, Packaging and Printing Exhibition will be moved to the second half of the year and will take place from 11–14 August. As Indonesia’s leading all-in-one exhibition focusing on innovative technologies and solutions from the co-related plastics, packaging and printing sectors, the venue for INDOPLAS, INDOPACK and INDOPRINT remains unchanged at Jakarta International Expo (JIExpo), Indonesia.

Mr Gernot Ringling, Managing Director, Messe Düsseldorf Asia, said: “The international trade exhibition is recognised for its depth of products and services on the show floor, vibrant line-up of local and international conferences and seminars, and unique platform for networking. With the ongoing uncertainty surrounding Indonesia’s domestic border openings and restrictions on international travel and large-scale events, which are likely to continue in the first half of the year, we feel a reschedule was necessary in order to meet the standards of an international trade exhibition that our stakeholders have come to expect.”

Registration opens for virtual.drupa 2021: knowledge transfer, networking and lead generation from 20-23 April

drupa exhibitors and interested companies from the international printing industry now have the opportunity to register for participation in virtual.drupa. After the face-to-face format of the world's leading trade fair had to be cancelled due to the Corona pandemic, drupa will now take place in a virtual format from 20-23 April 2021. During the four-day online show, companies will present themselves and their products to the global print community, interact and reactivate their business by generating important leads and sharing expert knowledge.

Companies can now register for the virtual drupa at https://virtual.drupa.com. The basic package includes a presence in the Exhibition Space, where the company profile, service and product offerings are displayed in an online showroom. Keywords, product categories and video presentations guide interested parties to the various profiles, which remain accessible for information and interaction after virtual.drupa, regardless of time and place. Based on the information in the showroom, visitors can find exhibitors via profiles and keywords to get in touch with. drupa, pameran dagang terkemuka dunia untuk teknologi pencetakan, telah memutuskan untuk mengurangi durasi pameran dagang dari sebelas menjadi sembilan hari untuk 2021. For several weeks now, the drupa world tour 2019/2020 has been running to highlight competitive technology trends for players from the printing, media and packaging industries, to present the extensive drupa programme – and also, to arouse joyful anticipation. After stops in North and South America, this week (5 and 6 December) the tour will stop in Hanoi and Saigon. LABELEXPO ASIA, SHANGHAI, DEC 3-6 2019
 
The organizer of Labelexpo Asia 2019 has unveiled the details of its educational program at the upcoming ninth edition of the show, taking place at Shanghai’s New International Expo Centre (SNIEC) on December 3-6.
 
Two half-day sessions – a workshop and a master class – will take place. Led by the Label Academy, the global education resource for the label and package printing industry, they will cover some of the most talked about topics in the industry today and feature speakers from leading international manufacturers.
 
A three-hour workshop covering shrink sleeve technology takes place on December 4 from 10:00-13:00. Participants will learn the mechanics of the fast-growing shrink sleeve market and gain an understanding of the design and origination requirements and suitable shrinkable films. The different printing processes and how to select them, plus the latest converting technologies, specialized applications and troubleshooting, will also be covered. Representatives from Esko and Flint Group are among the speakers.
