TEWKSBURY, MA  – February 1, 2012 -- ECRM incorporated and Dotline GmbH, today announced their agreement licensing ECRM to manufacture their NEWSmax line of high-speed newspaper CTP at their Tewksbury, Massachusetts facility. The agreement extends the contract signed last July that supported ECRM’s release of the NEWSmax line of high-speed violet CTP solutions for newspapers through ECRM’s worldwide network of dealers. The agreement is effective January 1, 2012 and ECRM is currently engaged in the start-up of this operation.

According to Rick Black, President and CEO of ECRM, “The addition of our NEWSmax CTP line has already been a valuable extension to both our semi-automatic and automatic newspaper CTP products, giving our customers capability of production speeds up to 400 plates per hour. This manufacturing agreement enables ECRM’s capability to fully handle the CtP needs of any newspaper, anywhere in the world.”
