Paperex 2019, the 14th edition of World’s Largest Paper Show and co-located events: - WORLD OF PAPER 2019 - International Exhibition on Paper, Printing, Packaging Publishing and Allied Industries, CORRUGEX 2019 -International Exhibition & Conference on Corrugated Box, Machinery, Technology & Allied Industries & TISSUEEX 2019 - International Exhibition on Tissue Products, Machinery & Technologies became a huge success with participation of total 608 leading exhibitors from 28 countries & active support from both Indian and International Paper Industry and Associations. The event was built on the exceptionally good response and attracted 29,628 Focused Business Visitors from pan India and various countries. A special handmade paper pavilion under the umbrella of KVIC showcased exclusive display of handmade paper and products made by the paper units from various parts of the country. The live demonstration of manufacturing of handmade paper was also been made.
A High-Level Technical Conference on “Pulp and Paper Industry: Strategies for Sustainable Growth” was also organized by Indian Agro & Recycled Paper Mills Association (IARPMA). The 3-day conference kicked off on first day with the welcome address by Mr. Pramod Agarwal, President, IARPMA. High-profile paper industry leaders came under one roof & addressed some crucial issues related to prospects of Indian paper industry in the coming decade, digital technology in paper manufacturing, innovations and new developments in fibreline and papermaking, wood and agro-based paper-making, nano materials, packaging and board-making, minerals and printing. The full session provided a perfect environment to network and share views about the latest market trends and happenings of the paper industry.
Another Concurrent Open Seminar on “Corrugated Packaging Industry- A SWOT for Future” was organized in support with Packaging Industry Association of India (PIAI). The seminar brought together leaders from corrugated & allied industries on one platform to exchange their experience and expertise.
